Here we go: 15 pounds to use. My new plan: Splenda. I usually consume about 4 teaspoons of sugar a day. That’s 60 calories. Substituting Splenda (despite warnings about possible longterm side effects), in one year, I will have saved 21,900 calories. Given there are 3600 calories in a pound, it will take me 2.5 years to lose that weight just changing one habit! Oh wait. Let me think about this.
